I am hoping to support the mission by running London 2018.[/p][p][b][u]Chris Lane’s London 2018 Marathon Running story.[/u][/b][/p][p]Thank you for supporting the cause of Jesuit Missions. I was pleased to be asked to run for Jesuit Misisons as a member of the Corpus Christi Parish in Boscombe, Bournemouth. This is an opportunity to help people in our parish to become more aware of people in need and to collaborate in Jesuit Mission work.[/p][p]My own running story started in 2010, age fifty five as a way of recovering from a severe PTSD episode. Starting with a few metres of running and then gradually building up to 5K through to 10K and then Half Marathons, my marathon ‘career’ debut was in the Great City of Manchester in 2017 when we started running next to the Statue of the Manchester United Trinity of Law, Best and Charlton.[/p][p]I am looking forward to running in my home city and hoping to meet fellow Jesuit Mission runners soon[/p]
