[p]Latest update: 13th August 2021 - Weight Lost: 4.5st / 63.5lbs / 28.8kg![/p][p]Thank you so much for your support and encouragement. A long way to go, but really appreciate all you kindness and generosity. DB[/p][p][br][/p][p]As with lots of people, lockdown has been hard. Too much food, too little activity and far too many other contributing factors have combined to weight piling on. Over the course of 2021, I'll be striving to lose 100lbs (just over 7st), through a combination of dieting, exercise and a fair bit of prayer!! I'll be giving a monthly update each month to let you know how I'm getting on, but it'd be great if you could join me by sponsoring me a £ a lb![/p][p]To give me added motivation, the sponsorship will go to support the work of east to west (a brilliant charity which I happen to work for!), in bringing hope to young lives across Surrey and Windsor. So as I lose each lb, east to west will have additional £s to grow and develop it's work with those most in need in our local community.
