[p]My personal challenge on this ride (which I'm probably quite well prepared for already) is to try and generally be more positive and not shout at any drivers that try to run us over[/p][p][br][/p][p]The Jo Cox Way 2019[/p][p]The 4th Jo Cox Way bike ride will run from 24th-28th July 2019. [/p][p]This exciting cycling challenge begins in the late Jo Cox MPs constituency of Batley and Spen and rolls through the beautiful English countryside culminating in Parliament Square in London 5 days later.[/p][p]The journey symbolises Jo's personal journey from her childhood in Yorkshire to representing her home constituency in parliament as MP for Batley and Spen.[/p][p]Through the ride, 40+ cyclists will be connecting communities across the UK using the power of 2 wheels and celebrating the #MoreInCommon values that Rt. Hon. Jo Cox MP championed throughout her life.[/p][p]Together we are keeping alive Jo's legacy and celebrating the countless selfless activities that people undertake in their communities.[/p][p][/p][p]The Jo Cox Foundation[/p][p]The Jo Cox Foundation exists to to build a positive legacy for the late Jo Cox MP.[/p][p]Its vision is a kinder, more compassionate society, where every individual has a sense of belonging and where we recognise that we have more in common than that which divides us.[/p][p]The Jo Cox Foundation inspires and galvanises positive change at local, national and international levels. They do this by partnering with visionary individuals and organisations who share our commitment to the fairer, kinder world that Jo committed her life to building.
