[/span][/p][p][span=color: #008080;]I'm running the [url=http://www.theblackcountryrun.com/]Black Country 10K Road Race[/url] to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and Cancer Research UK, for and in memory of those who have had, currently have or will have the disease.[/span][/p][p][span=color: #008080;]I'm aiming to complete the run in around 50 minutes (if the knee lets me).[/span][/p][p][span=color: #008080;]Just so you know I've already reached my sponsorship target of £150 so will have to keep to my word and do another ice bucket challange (Thanks everyone!).
