Le Loop 2018

[p]In July 2018, along with 40 other equally deranged cyclists I will be riding the entire route of the 2018 Tour de France . The event known as "Le Loop" will follow the same 3336km route the professional peleton will ride one week later, although they may be slightly quicker.[/p][p]Starting on the Atlantic Coast, running clockwise around France, the route includes cobbled sections in Northern France, long days of climbing in the Alps and the Pyrenees, finally arriving in Paris on 22nd July. 21 days of riding are packed into just 23 days of 159km's (100 miles) per day. It will be the hardest cycling challenge I have ever undertaken.[/p][p]The event is self funded and I need to raise a minimum amount (£3000) for the William Wates Foundation.
