Blenheim and Shropshire Triathlons

[p]This year I will be competing in the Blenheim Palace Sprint and the Shropshire Olympic Triathlons. The aim, while challenging myself, is to raise funds for Alkionides UK ([url=http://www.alkionides.co.uk/]http://www.alkionides.co.uk/[/url]), a charity close to my heart that makes a massive difference to people's lives. [/p][p]On 1st June 2019 the Blenheim Palace Triathlon will see me swim 750m, cycle 20km and run 5km. 3 months later, on 8th September 2019, I will be swimming 1.5km, cycling 40km and running 10km in Shropshire. [/p][p]While both are likely to be painful and see me suffer, this is nowhere near the level of suffering the individuals and families go through that Alkionides UK help. The charity has ZERO costs and 100% of all funds raised and donated go towards 'The Nest' in central London which houses extremely ill patients while they undergo long treatments in UK hospitals. [/p][p]So, while i'll be suffering in Blenheim and Shropshire, please donate to help ease the suffering that these patients have to endure.[/p]
