My story

[p]I am running my 4th ( and final) marathon I ran London in 2010 as Haydon the Womble, I ran Brighton marathon in 2013 & 2016 but I have been applying ever since 2010 to get a chance to run London marathon as myself.[/p][p]I would like a PB but if i'm honest I am 3 years older since my last marathon & I have ran barely over 10 km's since then, but with the incentive of running for charities I will do my best to try & beat it.[/p][p]The charities I have chosen are The MS Society after my wife Kelly was diagnosed with MS earlier this year, Kelly has been the most supportive wife I could wish for, so this is my way of showing her, i'm here to support her too, no matter what life may throw at us[/p][p]My second charity is Ollie's Star in Memory of Ollie who passes away after the bravest fight against cancer, always with a smile & hardly any tears, he sadly lost his battle & through being Haydon we struck up a friendship & I promised him his legacy would never die. His parents set up Ollie's star in Ollie's memory to help raise funds for research in the hope other families will be spared losing a child to cancer.[/p][p]Whether you can afford a few pence, or a few quid every penny can help to make a difference.[/p]
