My story

[p] This April I will be donning my running shoes for 26.2 miles of tarmac and concrete as I do the London Marathon for Stoll. My aim is to raise £10,000 for our new 34-home project which we are opening in Aldershot in the coming weeks.Training has already started as I pound those pavements. Stoll is a very special charity that is heavily reliant on the funds we can raise. In this instance it’s in the form of an extremely long (and possibly painful) run, but it is 100% worth it for all the funds that I hope to raise that will enable Stoll to continue giving the necessary support to our current and future Stoll Veterans.[/p][p][br][/p][p]Stoll has been housing and helping Veterans for over 100 years now and with your help Stoll can continue to do what it does best. Many, many thanks and the person who makes the biggest donation can join me at the opening of the Aldershot scheme with HRH Countess of Wessex in June![/p][p] [/p][p] ‘Some Veterans struggle to adapt to civilian life when they leave the Armed Forces. At Stoll we support the most vulnerable Veterans by assessing an individual’s needs and then arranging appropriate support.’ –www.stoll.org.uk[/p][p] [/p][p] [/p][p][br][/p][p] [/p]
