My story
[p]Hi! I'm Emma and welcome to the donation page for 10K Your Way. At 14 I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis and since then the CF trust and regional CF Centre at Stoke City Hospital (UHNM Charity) have been fundamental in helping me to understand and manage my condition. Now I need your help to raise vital funds for both charities to help others like me and allow the treatment and research for people with CF to continue. The aim of this event is to complete '10K Your Way'! Whether you walk, run or cycle and to spread the message and raise as much as you can. Any and all support is much appreciated. Thank you :) [/p]
