Land, Sea now Air Challenge. 2021

[p]This year marks the 30th year of The Children's Hospice South West and the 10th year of Little Harbour. So I thought for this special year it's got to be some good challenges on land, sea and air.[/p][p] With the London Marathon way behind me I thought my next challenge for Betty would be cycling. So here we go again back out training but this time on a bike. Cycling from Bristol back to Cornwall in The Ride for Precious Lives.[/p][p]Clive Mitchell cycles have been so helpful with help an advice I would strongly recommend them. By the time the bike is kitted up with a basket and a few beers were ready to roll.[/p][p]Watch this space for another land challenge in this special 30th year.[/p][p]The sea part of the challenge will be done later in the year involving our home made raft that has already been rowed some 10 miles down The River Fal. This will go ahead later in the year[/p][p]I always said I would never jump out of a aeroplane but after being in 3 lockdowns I will face my biggest fear and jump some 15,000 feet in a Tandem Sky dive to make this my Air Challenge.[/p][p]On a more serious note The Children's Hospice is very close to my heart and all the staff are amazing not just the nursing staff. The fund raising team are behind all events 100%.[/p][p]I would also like to thank Skinners Brewery for all ongoing support and above all my family.[/p][p] [/p][p]This year celebrates the 30th year of Children's Hospice South West and 10 years of Little Harbour.
