Team story

[lt]p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"[gt]Thank you for visiting our page. This year, GLAMOUR launched its campaign, Hey, It's OK, in association with Mind, to get women talking about depression. Depression affects one in 10 of us, yet we're still not speaking openly about it. We think it's time to change that.[/p] [lt]p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"[gt]To support the campaign and help break the taboo, 14 GLAMOUR staffers will be taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon on October 7, 2012, to raise money for Mind.[/p] [lt]p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"[gt]The Saturdays' Frankie Sandford helped launch our campaign by opening up about her own battle with depression. Please take a moment to watch our short video about Frankie and GLAMOUR readers' personal experiences here.[/p] [lt]p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"[gt]We'll be blogging for the next three months about how we train and prepare for the 13.1mile course. You can find out more here.[/p][lt]p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"[gt]We're all excited (and pretty terrified) about the challenge, so we really do appreciate all your support. Any donation, whatever size, will be extremely important in helping the work of Mind and raising awareness of this extremely important issue.[/p] [lt]p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"[gt]Thank you so much![/p] [lt]p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"[gt]With love,[/p] [lt]p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"[gt]Team GLAMOUR[/p] [lt]p style="margin-left: -0.02cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;"[gt][span=color: #ff00ff;]The team are:[/span] Amy Abrahams, Leisa Barnett, Lucy Grosse, Victoria Ibbetson, Sarah Jossel, Hope Lawrie, Alex Lunt, Debbie Morgan, Karen Preston, Jess Purdue, Chad Rogers, Eleanor Welsh, Helen Whitaker, James Williams[/p][lt]p style="margin-left: -0.02cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;"[gt][/p][p][/p][hr/]Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.[p][/p]
