My story

[p]The motto in our house is Carpe Diem- seize the day! We are both incredibly passionate about making a difference to the world in which we live by being who we are.[/p][p]We sadly lost our son Luke who was stillborn at 30 weeks back in 2009. We vowed then that we would choose to turn our story into one of positivity, making a difference and a legacy for Luke’s name.[/p][p]We are both hugely passionate about helping and motivating kids in sport by giving them the opportunities to be the very best that they can be.[/p][p]We all benefit from exercise and movement and kids especially need all the motivation and help right now.[/p][p]Exercise makes you happy and to be able to do that with friends is even better.[/p][p]Whilst we are in lockdown this has massively affected the kids opportunities to train and play as they usually do.[/p][p]We wanted Zoom Ballers to be a place where kids can come and be physical but also get social and mental engagement. To feel a part of something. To go away feeling encouraged and motivated and ultimately not alone.[/p][p]We then wanted to be able to give something back to the children that are being cared for and supported by these three amazing charities which are incredibly special to us for many reasons.[/p][p]Thanks for reading!!!
