My story

[p]Whilst I have been fortunate not to have any mental health issues myself, I have friends and family who have and still are suffering every day and understand that sometimes it is a struggle just to get by.[/p][p]This ride will be very tough, but our bodies will recover quickly. People with mental health issues don't always recover that easily.[/p][p]Please support us as much as you can so that we can help to improve recognition and importance of mental health and to increase support for people when they need it.[/p]
