My story

[p]Cromer Collective GoGoMoonGazer Hare.[/p][p]Following the successful GoGoGorillas! 2013 and GoGoDragons! 2015, Break Charity and Wild in Art are this year bringing you GoGoHares. The trail will start on 24th June 2018 and run for 11 weeks until September 8th. There are three exciting elements to the trail. The GoGoHares Norwich Trail, this will see 50 ears up sculptures within the City. GoGoCreate, which is the learning and education programme for the trail which is engaging with 162 schools, sports clubs and community groups. The final element to the trail is new for 2018 and will see 18 moongazer sculptures extend throughout Norfolk, taking people on a magical tour of our beautiful countryside and we want people to engage, stay and enjoy the location’s where they will be situated and we will hope to bring the community together.[/p][p]The county trail is where you come in. We have started to get some pledges from Cromer business’s and if you pledge a donation, no matter how big or small, it will contribute to the £5,000 target needed to reach in order to bring a sculpture to your wonderful town. Cromer will be a part of Norfolk’s largest mass participation event in the summer, in 2015 over 500,000 people did the GoGoDragons! Trail, resulting in an estimated 2.5 million spend to the Norwich economy during the 2015 trail. Your generosity towards this project will not only have the potential to boost both the local economy and tourism sector in Cromer but you will also be helping change young lives by supporting the incredible work by local children’s charity Break Charity.[/p][p]Please visit our website www.gogohares.co.uk.[/p][p]Other towns and locations taking part in this exciting new element to the project include; Great Yarmouth Coleman's Opticians, Dereham Zest Car Rental, Mousehold Heath David Utting Engeneering, Hoveton Great Broad Natural England, Fakenham Kinnertons, Wroxham Barns, Norfolk Wildlife Trust Ranworth Broad, North Norfolk District Council x 2, Norfolk Snow and Sports Club, Trowse, Richardsons Leisure, Hemsby, Wymondham South Norfolk District Council, University of East Anglia, Waveney WNT Harleston, Woodforde’s Woodbastwick, leaving just 3 to be confirmed.[/p][p]If you require any further information, please contact eleanor.edge@break-charity.org.[/p]
