The London Marathon and Vitality London 10k

[p]Hello[/p][p]I've been offered places in this year's Virgin London Marathon and Vitality London 10k, to be held on 4th and 24th October respectively. [/p][p]Because of Covid restrictions the races cannot be held in London so I shall be running 26.2 miles along the roads of South Warwickshire on Sunday 4th and 10k on 24th October.[/p][p]My chosen charity this time is Shipston Home Nursing, a local charity founded in 1997 with the purpose of caring for patients with illnesses which do not respond to curative treatment and who wish to be nursed at home. Their nursing service is managed by a team of nurses and health care assistants who specialise in providing palliative care and support for their patients in their own homes throughout the period of their illness.[/p][p]Shipston Home Nursing desperately needs your support so any donation, no matter how large or small, will be much appreciated.[/p][p]Sincere thanks to everyone who donates, at age 71 this will be my last marathon so please help me to raise as much money for this worthy cause.[/p][p]I am dedicating these races in memory of my brother in law Michael Berridge, a fine man who died recently - RIP Michael.[/p][p]Thanks again.[/p][p]Neil[/p][p][br][/p]
