40 hours exercise in my 40th birthday week

[p]In 1999 I had the pleasure of being a helper at a summer school held at Little John's House in Sibiu, Romania, a home for children and adults with special needs. The centre also provides respite care and an annual summer school for many other children with special needs from the surrounding area. I returned the following summer, and since then the home has had a special place in my heart. I have loved following the progress of the children I met and seeing the home thrive and expand. Further expansion is planned and fundraising efforts underway.[/p][p]In the current climate of the global Covid-19 pandemic there are struggles all around us. My plans to run a marathon and fundraise for Little John's House are not able to go ahead. But undeterred I have decided to set myself another challenge.... On May 4th I turn 40, and what better way to mark the occasion in lockdown than by attempting to complete 40 hours of exercise in my 40th birthday week![/p][p]Those who know me know I am an exercise fanatic and a Les Mills Instructor, and I will happily spend many hours doing and teaching classes. However, this is a daunting challenge at home on my own...... So I am asking for your support to get me through my week of classes and runs to achieve my goal and raise some money for a charity dear to me. [/p][p]Thankyou so much for your support xxx[/p]
