Team story

[p]Hi, hola, hallo, czesc!!!  [/p] [p]Welcome & thank you for visiting our page which will hopefully make you want to help us make a little difference to the ROP kids through our little adventure.  Alternatively, if you´re just curious… enjoy the read and be very very jealous :)[lt]br /[gt][/p] [p] [/p] [p]Who we are and where did this all start?  It all starts with connections and friendships.  This is about 5 ladies currently living in 5 different countries wanting to get together, explore the world and challenge themselves.  [/p][p]Picking the location and adventure was the easy part:  Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa and the tallest free standing mountain in the world, rising to 5,895 metres (19,336 feet). [/p][p]We hope to reach the summit (and back) in one piece, whether walking or crawling, as a team.:)[/p] [p] [/p] [p]And now the important part, where we need your support.  We want to give something back to Africa in exchange for realising our personal dreams and holidays that we are lucky to be able to experience and afford. [/p][p]This summit is a mission, an ambition and motivation to help others, so every little step will mean more to us and to others with a few £ that will help vulnerable children in Rwanda have better lives. The ROP is a center for street children located just outside of Kigali, Rwanda. ROP provides housing, clothing, food, health care, education and many other needs to nearly 100 vulnerable children from around Rwanda. If you want to read more about the ROP please visit their website: http://www.rwandanorphansproject.org[/p][p]All donations go to the foundation and none is used to sponsor our challenge. [lt]br /[gt][/p] [p]Please help us along the way, and let´s make a difference wherever we go!  [/p] [p] [/p] [p]We start our climb on September 9[sup]th[/sup], expecting to complete in 8 days… [/p][p]Go on.. press that button and make a child smile! :)[lt]br /[gt][/p] [p] [/p] [p]Thanks for your support![/p] [p] High5: Ania, Laura, Petra, Nuria, Alex [/p]
