My story

[p]So having completed a 14 mile course called The Pain and Suffering on 12 March which is billed as the toughest in the country this next one should be a brieze... only this time it is 20 miles with some massive obstacles! Any support is greatly appreciated as doing over 20 miles (last year i hear it was just over 22) with over 200 obstacles it is really going to be a physical and mental effort to complete, especally at the 7 mile point that will point left for those doing the half distance or right for those doing the full distance. At least in May we will have some nice sunny weather and so the swimming and water elements will be a welcome break from the heat of the sun, this is the UK after all. [/p][p]Any donation you can offer will make a massive difference to the education in The Gambia as part of the on going efforts The Rutland Osprey project make out there. [/p][p]Tim Mackrill from the Osprey project has this to say:[/p][p]"We think this looks like your toughest challenge yet, George! Thanks very much for your valuable support of the Osprey Flyways Project. The money you raise will allow children in rural Gambian schools to learn about and experience some of the amazing wildlife that their beautiful country is home to. Given the very limited resources of many of the schools involved in the project, the fieldtrips we organise provide the students with experiences and opportunities that otherwise simply wouldn't be possible. Thank you again and very best of luck!"[/p][p]Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.[/p]
