My story
[p]The Beacons Beast: 300km, 5.5km elevation gain, 2 days....[/p][p]After the extremely painful but ultimately successful EFOD cycle ride in 2018 I have for some reason signed up again for two days of torture in 2019. Last year the first day took me nearly 15 hours to complete, lets hope a bit more training this time round means I can get back in time for dinner![/p][p]The charity we are raising money for is EFOD (Engineers For Overseas Development) who deliver engineering projects which improve the health, hygiene, education and self-sufficiency of poverty afflicted communities in a sustainable manner. I am currently volunteering on one of EFOD's projects building a new school in Uganda and know that every penny raised will go to good use, so please donate generously![/p][p][br][/p]
