My story

[p]Hi everyone, I have decided to join a (much younger and fitter) gang riding London to Paris to support the amazing cause of International Justice Mission - a fantastic organisation who do great work to combat child and vulnerable adult slavery around the world.[/p][p]I think anyone who is a parent "gets" this, and so when I heard these wonderful people talk at my local church, I knew it was time to get out the (very middle aged man) lycra and get on it. [/p][p]I am hoping my family and friends will be able to support me (if not with a tow, then with some funds for this wonderful charity). [/p][p]INTERNATIONAL JUSTICE MISSION is the largest casework-based anti-slavery organisation in the world and seeks to protect the poor from violence throughout the developing world. IJM partners with local authorities to rescue victims of violence, bring criminals to justice, restore survivors and strengthen justice systems. You can check them out at www.ijmuk.org.[/p]
