My story

[p]Hi, thanks for visiting our page. We are a group of  family and friends ( Steve Hammond, Ian George, Steve Pudney,  Sam Sweatman, Claire Vincent, Jo McBride) that  are taking on the South coast challenge 2017, a continuous 100km walk in memory of Ben Hammond and fund raising for Cardiac risk in the young (CRY) . [/p][p]    In July 2016 Ben, aged 15, suddenly past away due to an undiagnosed heart condition. Previously Ben had been a very active teenager loving the outdoors and who had a part time job on a local farm which was his passion, no one could have seen this tragedy coming . Ben was loved by us all and will be forever missed. [/p][p]   Our chosen charity is CRY who raise awareness, supports families affected by this condition and holds screening clinics . Each week 12 apparently healthy young people die in the UK and with donations we can help to reduce this. [/p][p]  Please donate generously to CRY and thank you again. [/p][p][/p]
