My story

[p]Thank you for taking your time to visit our fundraising page! [/p][p]LEW Barnsley, Sellars Electrical, Tom Reid & Dave Elsworth have split their support in 2019 between the Barnsley Hospice Appeal, and the Electrical Industries Charity. [/p][p]The UK 3 Peaks consists of Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England), and Mount Snowdon (Wales), having a combined walking distance of 23 miles, 3064 meters of ascent, and a total driving distance of 462 miles. The challenge is to complete all 3 peaks within 24 hours. [/p][p]A team consisting of 8 members, one of which a designated driver, are to undertake the challenge, the team is as follows;[/p][p]Ben Jones - Designated Driver (LEW Electrical Distributors - Barnsley)[/p][p]Paul Bayne - Designated Driver (LEW Electrical Distributors - Barnsley)[/p][p]Joe Powell (LEW Electrical Distributors - Barnsley)[/p][p]Aiden Taylor (LEW Electrical Distributors - Barnsley)[/p][p]Lee Sellars (Sellars Electrical)[/p][p]Glynn Sellars (Sellars Electrical)[/p][p]Tom Reid (JRP Electrical) [/p][p]Dave Elsworth (Greenwood & Copley)[/p][p]Barnsley Hospice is committed to providing care and support for hundreds of local people each year, and are dedicated to achieving the best possible quality of life for patients with life limiting illness! The Electrical Industries Charity does fantastic work in suporting and making a difference to members of the industry and their immediate family who have fallen on difficult times.[/p][p][br][/p]
