My story

[p]Hi, thanks for visiting my page. [/p][p]I’m a Bricklayer from North East London and I have been doing my own fundraising events for the last 4 years. The first time in 2014 I carried a 40 KG bag of sand 14 miles for Save the Children and I have done the London Marathon unofficially for the last 2 years carrying the sand for Save the Children and Water Aid. This time I’m going to do the BIG ONE for St Mungo’s and Water Aid to lessen poverty in this country and over the world. I will be carrying the bag of sand across the land from John O'Groats to Lands End. I have a Just Giving page that shows my previous fundraising events https://www.justgiving.com/account/your-pages/Leo-Manning-Farnon2[/p][p] [/p][p]There are 65 million people living in Britain. If every person donates £2 we would all raise £130,000,000. I know that some wont donate but if we all do our little bit we will make this world a better place. For now it has to take all of us to do our little bit to make a change for the better. A take away coffee costs £2. A bag of chips costs £2. I will be willing to carry the sand across the land, but you have to help me and we can all make that change together and try to inspire others that we can all do anything if we put our minds to it. Peace and Love. God Bless.[/p][p] [/p][p][br][/p][p]Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.[/p][p][br][/p]

Bloody amazing - I couldn't walk more than 15 miles in one day and need a bit of effort just to get a bag of sand out of the boot of the car!!! Congratulations on your incredible feat for such a great cause. Astounding!
