This is a vital step in changing the national conversation and social perception around mental illness. Let's help people get the support they need![/span][lt]/h3[gt][lt]h3[gt][span=color: #000000;]MSF also works tirelessly across many countries around the world such as Afghanistan and Syria. An independent organisation, MSF provides medical care and assistance to people irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. The recent chemical attacks in Syria are yet another reminder of the need for emergency medical care.
