My story

[p]Well I’m Louisa…. I’m 27 and just a pretty average kind of girl!....until i met Jane!![/p][p][br][/p][p]Jane introduced me to a whole new way of thinking about the world, we just met at a B2B networking event, don’t worry no cult or anything![/p][p]Jane is a part of a community called the Zambian Connection and I have decided to join her on an adventure, something out of my comfort zone and out of my control J[/p][p]I’ve never really done any charity work; I want to help children of the local school in Zambia. The help and support we can provide is phenomenal, it’s a small price for us and a massive one for those in need. [/p][p]So what’s my Challenge you’re wondering?[/p][p]A small group of 9 are flying out to Zambia in July 2018(own expenses paid over £1000 worth) to embark on a 5 day canoe journey down the Croc invested waters of the River Zambezi. We will be camping next to the river at one with nature, mainly mozzies!! Now for anyone that knows me this is massive for me, camping a start and actual physical exercise another…oh god help Jessica (my canoe partner) haha! [/p][p]We will also be heading to the local school where your money will be helping the children I actually meet. Il have them all supporting Liverpool, singing Mo Salah songs and YNWA! [/p][p]How your money will help?[/p][p]Your kind donations will help pay for school fees from the ages of 15-18 as this is not free in Zambia for 1 child for 3 whole years! As a group we want to raise over £10,000 to make a real impact on the lives of the people living in Zambia. [/p][p]Your donations will help real children I will be meeting in July and helping a great cause, as it will better education which them leads to stronger jobs and wealth and with that comes bigger better communities and knowledge about animal conservation and the Country moving forward. [/p][p]And Finally….[/p][p]This is so not me at all, and if I can do it so you can you guys!![/p][p]So just forget that bacon sarnie this week and just donate, anything and everything will help J (also might make you feel better as well….)[/p][p]https://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/charity-web/charity/displayCharityCampaignPage.action?campaignId=4849&charityId=0[/p][p]www.thezambianconnection.com[/p][p]www.tusk.com[/p]
