My story

[p]Welcome![/p][p]Thanks for stopping by. You're probably just here to see if this is a prank. It is not. It's very real, and in 2 months I will be running (at least part of it) the LONDON MARATHON. [/p][p]The reason I'm undertaking this is to raise money for Jesuit Missions, the international development office of the Jesuits in Britain, where I have worked since December 2019. Being personally involved in distributing the money raised from donations and seeing the difference that it makes to vulnerable people all over the world, I am inspired to put myself through hell for a worthy cause. [/p][p]Check out the website here to see its legit or please get in touch with me to find out more:[/p][p]https://jesuitmissions.org.uk/[/p][p]*Jesuit Missions is completely reliant on individual donations and doesn't receive any money from the Catholic Church or the government. [/p][p]I'm aiming to raise £2000 which I know is a lot to ask, so to inspire you to donate, here are some incentives:[/p][p]£5 = a prayer said for you [/p][p]£10 = a signed photograph of the runner[/p][p]£20 = meet and greet (20 minutes/ £1 per minute)[/p][p]£50 = round of drinks and fags on me post-marathon[/p][p]£100 = a weekend trip with me to an undisclosed location [/p][p]£500 = introduction to the Pope[/p][p]*Other amounts welcome and will be similarly rewarded[/p][p]THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, IN ADVANCE!! [/p][p]When reality hits, it will be your donations that inspire (and force) me to see this through.[/p][p][br][/p][p][br][/p][p][br][/p]
