My story

[p]After a lifetime of setting each other challenges brothers Matthew and Dan have decided to finally challenge themselves to run the London marathon on 28th April 2019. As we are both rapidly approaching 50 (one a little sooner than the other) we thought we had better stop talking about it and actually let our legs do the talking before they begin to experience the effects of years of rugby and the ageing process.[/p][p]In addition to our own personal physical challenge we would also like to use our efforts to help raise money for the fantastic work done by the Meningitis Charity. Unfortunately almost all of us know somebody affected by this terrible condition which can strike anyone at anytime. [/p][p]Closer to home we have been touched by the loss Ryan Bresnahan who at lost his life to Meningitis at the young age of 16. We all hope and pray that it will never happen to us or a member of our family so please help us support the work done by this fantastic charity to help not only with research and education, but also in providing amazing support for those families already affected by Meningitis[/p][p]We are both very grateful for any support you can give us to help reach and surpass our fundraising.[/p][p]Thank you[/p][p]Dan & Matthew[/p]
