My story

[p]In a moment of total and utter madness I agreed to do a parachute jump to raise money for St Hospice in Hastingwood.[/p][p]On June 9th, weather permitting, I will be plunging from a height of 13,000 feet and am told I will reach speeds up to 120 mph.[/p][p]If like me you’re asking why – here is the reason.[/p][p]Last year the hospice helped more than 1,800 people and their families – a 20% increase from five years ago.[/p][p]In 2016/17 the total annual cost of providing specialist care services at St Clare Hospice was £4.2million. The Hospice received £1,913,000 in NHS funding, which means they still needed to raise 54% of their income themselves.[/p][p]Need I say more![/p][p]Please sponsor me to help St Clare carry on their remarkable work.[/p][p] [/p]
