Moving With Myles For The NHS

[p]Hi guys. With what’s going on in the world at the moment I feel a responsibility, a desire and a passion to play my part. My intention is to cover numerous “Myles” (excuse the play on words), in an attempt to hopefully, with your help, raise a substantial amount of money for the charity - NHS Charities Together, whilst bringing people together at the same time.[/p][p]NHS Charities Together is currently running a National campaign “NHS Charities Covid-19 Urgent Appeal”.[/p][p]All donations will contribute towards NHS staff, volunteers and patients impacted by Covid-19.[/p][p]Funding well being packs, Supporting isolated patients, Providing longer term mental health support are just a few examples of how your donations will be used to help.[/p][p]For further information please click on the links below in the boxes under “Charity” and “Campaign”.[/p][p]Beginning on the 7th April 2020, for 7 days I will use the 1 hour a day (that we are permitted to be outside of the home in order to exercise) to get down to the local field, run continuously and be back home all within the hour.
