My story

[p]Thank you for visiting The Law Centre's fundraising page for the 2019 London Legal sponsored walk.[/p][p]Our team is: Annie Viwanathan, Cassim Yacoobali, Rachael Marchal, Thalatha Wickramasinghe, Spike Western, Richard Gowthorpe, Zulayha Toprak, Alley Eugenicos, Angela Danquath, Barry Mills[/p][p]All of the funds we raise from the walk will go to the Law Centre[/p][p]We were the first Law Centre to be founded in the UK in 1970, and have been helping the poorest and most vulnerable members of the community in North Kensington with free and low cost legal advice ever since.[/p][p]We are based in the building next to Grenfell Tower, North Kensington. Since the fire we have been helping survivors of the Grenfell disaster get access to justice. A large number of Grenfell survivors still do not have a home of their own, meaning our work is far from done.[/p][p]Any donation you make will go to the Law Centre to help Grenfell survivors get justice, and for the benefit of those most in need in North Kensington.[/p][p]Please sponsor our walkers as generously as you can.[/p][p]Many thanks for your support[/p][p]Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.[/p][p][br][/p]
