Running In Charlies Shoes

I know lots of you are following my Blog of pain on facebook: Running a marathon in charlies shoes. lots of pictures and video blogs.[/span][/i][/p][p][i][span=color: #000080;]so far 10miles is the longest run and it hurt the day after but the day after that i had forgot i had even run. so with that i'm very pleased so today is the short run so just the 5miles today to keep the legs working.[/span][/i][/p][p][i][span=color: #000080;]i'm sticking to the one long run one short run a week as i dont want to push to hard and injuries slow me down (i'm at stopping pace as it is).[/span][/i][/p][p][i][span=color: #000080;]please check out the facebook blog as it also has lots of fundraising events on too![/span][/i][/p][p][i][span=color: #000080;]much love people and thank you so much for your support x[/span][/i][/p]
