My story

[p]This year we're riding The Duchenne Dash (300km - London to Paris in 24 hours) to help save the lives of the thousands of children with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Along with our other riders, our goal is to raise a combined total of at least £1,000,000, all of which will go direct to medical research. [/p][p]Duchenne UK is a lean, ambitious and highly focused charity with a clear vision: to fund and accelerate treatments and a cure for Duchenne muscular dystrophy, and to beat this disease in a decade – to End Duchenne in Ten. Duchenne UK is run by parents, committed to saving this generation of boys with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The charity has been formed by the coming together of Joining Jack and Duchenne Children's Trust, who between them over the last five years have raised over £10 million. They have spent £6.5m to date and committed a further £3.5m to accelerating research making them the two biggest funders of research in the UK.[/p][p]For more information, please visit our website: duchenneuk.org[/p]
