My story

[p]Welcome to my fundraising page. I have recently started working in London and everybody has been telling me that the London marathon is an experience that is not to be missed. At the same time I heard an inspiring talk on the work of Jesuit missions. Jesuit Missions helps marginalised people in countries across Africa, Asia and Latin America. In the past few years, marathon funds have helped refugees caught up in the fighting in the Middle East, including providing medical assistance in Syria and also counselling for families in South Sudan. It turned out they had some places available for the London marathon and were happy for me to use one of them.[/p][p]The London marathon is their biggest source of funding every year - when you see the guys running as the Wombles of Wimbledon well that is Jesuit Missions. I am pleased to say I won't be running as a Womble but on 22nd April I will be doing my best to get round and in a good time. [/p][p]I would be really grateful if you would support me and the work of Jesuit missions by helping me raise funds. [/p][p]Thank you for the support! [/p]
