[p]Hi, thanks for visiting my page. [/p][p]So I am doing it again on a bike. However this time it's longer plus I'll be chased by some of the best known pro cyclists in the world. Well ok they have their own race after I complete my ride but it's on the same course on the same day, so close enough for me. [/p][p]If you're a runner then the London marathon is the one event to complete. For me a cyclist then this has to be "the one" to get to ride most of the London 2012 Olympic Road Race course. [/p][p]Enough about me, this is my way of helping a charity which does so much for people who are less fortunate than ourselves. Sue Ryder care for many people who suffer with a range of conditions. It is best if I tell you what they do direct from their website "we have 13 care centres which provide compassionate care and support for people with palliative, long-term and end of life needs. As well as this Sue Ryder care services enable them to give support and care to people in residential and day centres, day clinics, in the community and in the comfort of their own home".[/p][p]I am looking to raise £600 which will pay for a specialist trained nurse care and support a patient with a neurological condition and their family for a week. Its alot of money for a week but I want to make a difference to one person who has a neurological condition. 1 in 4 of us will suffer with a condition like this. if its me i'd want the help of Sue Ryder for me and my family. [/p][p]A very worthy charity, you will agree, so please help me to help Sue Ryder, who in turn will help people less fortunate than ourselves. [/p][p]Thank you for your support, now its over to me to get the job done on the road. What out for Phil the Ryder Rider!![/p][p]Phil[/p]
