[p]Hi, [/p][p]Well we all made it (special thanks to the stand in runners! for the injured etc).[/p][p]Some great work, as at typing we have over £5358 inc gift aid towards the project and the charity is ready to sign an agreement to open up the intial service in Inverness.[/p][p] [/p][p]Great work all and if anyone has any cash sitting around then please chip it in.[/p][p] [/p][p]Thanks for visiting our page.[/p][p]Currently about 40 staff, students and friends (10 teams) at Queen Margaret University (Edinburgh) are training hard for the team relay section of the Edinburgh Marathon Festival on the 25th May 2014.[/p][p]Apart from getting a bit fitter we are trying to raise some funds for East Lothian based Teapot Trust. This Scottish Charity founded in 2010 provides Art Therapy to terminally and chronically ill children. Art Therapists are now funded in Edinburgh (Sick Kids), Rachel House, Yorkhill (Glasgow), Ninewells (Dundee), later this year in Aberdeen.[/p][p]We hope with this page and our efforts to be able to raise enough funds to allow the trust to open an intial session in Inverness. The target will allow professional Art Therapists to provide four hours per month over two years including materials.[/p][p]Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this.
