My story

[div=color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10px; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: #ffffff; margin: 8px;] [p]Hi,[/p] [p]Thanks for geting this far! It is high time I dusted off those trainers and short shorts, and got back out onto the streets of North-West London![/p] [p]I'm going to be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday 7th October. I'm raising money for a charity called Tommy's which funds research into and support in miscarriage, still-birth and premature birth.[/p] [p]We had two miscarriages before the birth of our daughter Lyla in March 2012, and although not uncommon, we now know the pain that it causes, and the value of support. As devastating as our losses were we felt fortunate that they occured very early; we have friends who have lost their pregnancies much later on and who had very premature births, from which their children could not survive.[/p] [p]We are so fortunate to have Lyla with us and want the same feeling to be had by everyone that wants it. We are grateful for the work that Tommy's supports, and the information it provides to parents and parents-to-be.[/p] [p]Please be as generous as you can, and even small amounts will help me achieve my total.[/p] [p][/p] [p]Richard[/p] [/div]
