My story

[p]Once upon a time, there was a group of adventurous and determined Rackers who wanted to give something back to the community surrounding our EMEA HQ. Every year, they would choose a physical event challenge, and this year is no different.[/p][p]We have chosen to challenge ourselves with a brand new one this year, situated nicely between our Hayes and new Cardiff office! We will be taking on the Cotswold Way Challenge, walking or running 50 or 100km along the Cotswold Way, non-stop, in a bid to raise money for Mind, the mental health charity, and our local Harlington Hospice, helping them to provide services for people at the end of their lives, and to support families with bereavement and loss.[/p][p]The Rackers taking part in the Cotswold Way Challenge 2019 are :[/p][p]Andy Pauline, Ben Thompson, Carina Hendrikx, Daniel Butler, Daniel Racu, Gerhart Wotruba, Harish Kondappa, Matt Kubiak, Mikolaj Ciesielski, Rob Foster, Senalda Rodrigues, Shaun Marsden, Son Vu, Wayne Hooper and Zoltan Posfai[/p][p]For those not familiar with the challenge, it will consist of Rackers either walking or running 50km or 100km in one go along through the Cotswolds, starting in Bath and the 100km ending all the way in Cheltenham! It may sound like a walk in the park, but it’s a challenge not to be taken lightly as it requires a huge amount of stamina, grit and pure willpower.[/p][p]Every donation, no matter how small or large, is appreciated!![/p][p]Training programs and fundraising activities have now started in earnest and we look forward to pounding the pavements, hills and muddy paths to raise a serious amount of money for a great cause, and are very grateful for your donation.[/p][p]Thanks,[/p][p]The Rack Gives Back team 2019[/p]
