Rae runs London 2018 for CAP UK

[/p][p]I am raising funds for [b]CAP UK[/b], an impactful [b]child assault prevention[/b] charity, and that’s the [i]only reason[/i] I’m doing this. [/p][p]When I was 10, my mum started Devon CAP, an amazing project which works in schools [i]empowering[/i] children to realise their rights to be [b]safe, strong and free[/b]. [/p][p]Now, over 20 years later, CAP is expanding across the UK and helps around [b]11,000 children a year. [/b]I am proud to be supporting them in doing this. [/p][p]This will be my [i]first marathon[/i] ever and also the first time I have done a sponsored event in my adult life. So, I want to make the most out of it and am utterly grateful for your support.
