My story

[p][span=color: #0000ff;]Hi,[/span][/p][p][span=color: #0000ff;]With little over a week to go until I tackle the Ride London 100mile event on 4 Aug I have finally sorted out my admin and set up a website to make sure although I got a ballot place I can raise some money for a great charity:[/span][/p][p][span=background-color: #ffffff;][lt]span style="color: #ff0000;"[gt][lt]span style="font-size: small; line-height: 19px; text-align: left;"[gt]Kipawa Trust International is a charitable foundation dedicated to helping children living in poverty in the town of Ruiru in Kenya.[/span][lt]br style="color: #336666; font-family: Verdana; font-size: small; line-height: 19px; text-align: left; background-color: #303030;" /[gt][lt]br style="color: #336666; font-family: Verdana; font-size: small; line-height: 19px; text-align: left; background-color: #303030;" /[gt][span=font-size: small; line-height: 19px; text-align: left;]They are focussing efforts on Mukuya school in Ruiru and want to ensure that every child at the school is reaching his or her full potential through access to good quality education, nutrition and healthcare.[/span][lt]/span[gt][lt]/span[gt][/p][lt]p style="text-align: left;"[gt][span=color: #000000;][lt]span style="line-height: 19px;"[gt][lt]span style="color: #0000ff;"[gt]Having been on exercise in Kenya and been off the beaten track I am all too aware of what lies beyond the safari and beach hotels so would love to be able to contribute something to this great cause.[/span][lt]/span[gt][lt]/span[gt][/p][lt]p style="text-align: left;"[gt][span=color: #000000;][lt]span style="line-height: 19px;"[gt][lt]span style="color: #0000ff;"[gt]Anything would help and the site will remain open a week after the ride, which will be televised on the BBC and include Boris Johnson amongst the field.  I start at 0619hrs so it will be a fairly early start from the old Olympic park.  I just hope I'm in a better state when I finish on the Mall then I was after finishing the 2011 Marathon!![/span][lt]/span[gt][lt]/span[gt][/p]
