My story

[p]I will ride to Four Corners of England via the centres of towns and cities built and lived in for centuries by people with horses, visiting 30 cathedrals on the way. The distance is around 2,500 miles. The ride will start from Farncombe Estate on the side of the Cotswolds in Spring 2013 and take six months. [/p][p]In February 2012 I bought my horse, Strider, especially for the ride which gives 15 months for our training.[/p][p]All funds raised will be divided equally between my two chosen charities.  The Family Holiday Association and Wormwood Scrubs Pony Centre - Riding for the Disabled. You can find out more about these charities by clicking on the logos on the left of the page. [/p][p]You can follow our progress at www.rideroundengland.org or join us on facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/#!/rideroundengland And Strider is tweeting at https://twitter.com/riderndengland; mostly being rude about me.[/p][p][/p]
