Sarah Dyce's marathon fundraising

[p]Hi everyone[/p][p][lt]br /[gt]Deciding to run the marathon has been one of my sillier ideas recently (it turns out I am really not a pretty runner) but whilst I'll no doubt struggle round the 26.2 miles it's nothing compared to the struggle against blood cancers. 20 years ago a diagnosis of a blood cancer like leukemia meant very little hope but the amazing scientific breakthroughs in this area are really turning the tide on this kind of cancer.[/p][p]Anthony Nolan help in a variety of different ways, from funding ground breaking research to finding stem cell donors.  Every £60 raised helps fund one more member of the donor register and offers a blood cancer sufferer another chance of a cure.[/p][p]Almost more important that donating for this amazing cause is to register for the donor register. It takes seconds and can literally save lives.
