[p]Hi![/p][p]Thanks for visiting our fundraising page. We're entering a team into the Bath Rugby Foundation Superstars Event on 24th January 2015. [/p][p]The brave team will undertake ten demanding sporting challenges, including: [/p][ul][li]1000M Cycle[/li][li]Press Up Challenge[/li][li]500M Individual Row[/li][li]Plank[/li][li]Bleep Test[/li][li]Basketball Shoot Out[/li][li]20M Sprint[/li][li]Crucifix Tyre Hold[/li][li]20M Tyre Pull [/li][li]Team 10 Minute Ergo Row.[/li][/ul][p]You can find out more about the Superstars Event at: http://bathrugbyfoundation.com/events/bath-rugby-superstars/[/p][p]We would be very grateful for any donations that you are able to make to such a worthwhile local cause, and support us as we put ourselves through the list of activities above! [/p][p]The funds raised from this event will go towards ongoing delivery of Bath Rugby Foundation programmes and the annual Inclusion Fun Day taking place in the summer of 2015. [/p][p]Bath Rugby Foundation is a financially independent charity, 100% funded through sponsorships, fundraising and donations and has proudly worked with over 100,000 children and young people in the local community since starting in 2003. Growing organically over the past decade, the charity arm of Bath Rugby has developed to meet the changing needs of the local community. The Foundation works in community centres, village halls, local schools and special needs schools, community parks and the Recreation ground. Their outreach work with long term unemployed and NEET’s is especially helped by their open approach to engagement.[/p][p]They aim to impact positively on the educational achievement and social interaction of all the young people they work with. The Foundation strives to motivate, raise self esteem, increase confidence and improve life skills, by imparting the values found in rugby - camaraderie, loyalty, discipline and respect. Using the power of the Club’s brand, the influence of Bath Rugby players as role models and mentors and specially trained Foundation coaches, Bath Rugby Foundation works in all areas and sections of the city.[/p]
