Team story

[p]Thank you for visiting our team's fundraising page for the 2016 London Legal sponsored walk.[/p][p]Our team is:- Jo Westhead, Clare Wigzell, Sarah Challen McKee, Emily Dally, Lorren Eldridge, Victoria Glascock, Chloe Halloran, Natasha Holdcroft-Emmess, Sarahanne Jackson, Kesten Laverty, Zhen Lim, Alicia Thompson, Rebecca Newman, Clare Wigzell, Emily Cornhill, Beth Casinelli, Rosemary Nelson, Piers Reynolds, Antonia Venning, Katie Lewis, Jack Skinner, Emily Bradley, Daniel Owen, Holly Abel, Emily Garside, Anna Boradley, Robin Culshaw, Carolina Dias Costa, Charlie Court, Rebecca West, Ellen Friend, Katie Kershaw [/p][p]We are walking with the Lord Chief Justice and thousands of lawyers who are raising funds for  Law Centres and pro bono agencies in and around London.[/p][p]We know that these agencies do a fantastic job in preventing homelessness, resolving debt problems, gaining care for the elderly and disabled and fighting exploitation.[/p][p]We also know how short they are of the funds to continue that work.[/p][p]In particular our team will be supporting the Advice Bureau at the Royal Courts of Justice with which we have had a long pro bono association. The Bureau deals with some of the most difficult cases and most vulnerable clients  that come to court and we are pleased to be able to help. [/p][p]Half of the funds we raise will support the Bureau while the other half will support agencies accross London.[/p][p]Please sponsor our walkers as generously as you are able[/p][p]Many thanks for your support[/p][p]Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.[/p]
