[p]I am attempting to row 3,000 miles solo across the Atlantic Ocean to support Team Felix, which is a partner fund of Duchenne UK. I have seen first-hand the devastation this condition causes to the kids and their families who suffer with Duchenne, with a personal friend’s son Felix being diagnosed in 2013.[/p][p]I have also seen first-hand the incredible strength, courage and determination that these kids and their families show in the face of a currently incurable disease.[/p][p]I believe there are tipping points with many things in life, be it the success of a business, attitudes in society, and I think the same can be said for a cause like this.
