50 pence for Hospiscare

[p]Yesterday I read that Hospiscare is set to lose £1million due to the pandemic. Today I shared a memory on Facebook of an amazing adventure I had four years ago trekking on and beside the great wall of China to raise funds for Hospiscare. That trek was a turning point in my life. I trained to get fitter and lost weight and became more physically active. My self confidence began to grow. On the trek I met new friends, challenged myself physically and started my journey walking with poles. This year I turned 50, I am teaching folk Nordic walking technique and leading Nordic walking groups with amazing people who are on their own walking journeys. Please can you spare 50p to support Hospiscare a local Devon charity. On the 1st of December I will Nordic walk the Green Circle, a route around Exeter I used in my training and love.[/p]
