[p]Hello, thanks for visiting my page :-) [/p][p]On Sunday September 3rd, I am taking part in the Parallel London race, which runs through the Olympic Park in East London.  I'm running 5k in support of the wonderful Spare Tyre Theatre Company.[/p][p]Spare Tyre uses and makes theatre that enables voiceless communities and individuals to share and celebrate their untold stories, transforming lives and challenging stereotypes.  This participatory arts charity works creatively with, for example: adults with learning disabilities, people aged 60+, people with dementia, women who've experienced violence and economically disadvantaged communities to produce bold and powerful theatre.[/p][p]YES, the 3rd of September is very soon.[/p][p]NO, I've never done any running before.[/p][p]YES, I'm nervous![/p][p]This year is Spare Tyre's 40th birthday.  That's 40 years of creating participatory art that changes lives.  I'm running to do my small part to help them keep going for the next 40 years too, will you help me?[/p][p]Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities.
