[p]Niamh Duffy and Lauren Telling are final year Digital Television Production (DTP) Students partnering up with Teenage Cancer Trust for their Final Major Project. Between December and May, Niamh and Lauren will be completing a series of fundraising challenges every month to the lead up of their live broadcast. The live broadcast will be a night dedicated to Teenage Cancer Trust teaching the public how to fundraise and how their money helps. All money raised over the next 6 months and on the night of the broadcast will go 100% to Teenage Cancer Trust.[/p][p]This year the charity have seen a huge decline in donations due to COVID 19. Many fundraising activities have had to be delayed or cancelled, we hope to raise a significant amount of money to ensure this charity can continue to offer support and treatments to all those who need it. So please dig deep. Over the next 31 days, she will be walking, jogging and running in aid of teenage cancer trust. UPDATE: Niamh successfully completed this challenge. She found it tough but completed all 25 miles for this Fantastic cause.[/p][p]JANUARY - 8 Hour Workout[/p][p]For January’s challenge Lauren is doing a one day eight hour workout on the 31st January which includes running, cycling, skipping and HITT training in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust.[/p][p][br][/p][p][br][/p]
