Team story

[p]Dave took part in the Samworth Challenge and raised money for The Triangle Centre, cancer outreach centre, in Tavistock Clinic, Devon (NHS) in 2012. [/p][p]Louise's goal was to run a Plymouth half marathon, having only started running a few years ago. This was acheived by Louise with the help of Nicky Allott her work colleague, who she volunteered to run with her.  This raised money for Tavistock Hospital League of Friends, which Dave also helped with raising money for by taking part - 2014. [/p][p]All three then decided to run the Exeter half marathon in October 14, to raise money for SSAFA, as they helped Louise's family when her dad passed away. Vowing never to run another 1/2 marathon again, they decided to run the Plymouth 1/2 again in April 15, this time for Tavistock Scout and Cubs. [/p][p][/p][p]Entries began for Exeter half marathon October 15, and Louise and Dave decided to raise money for the Stroke Association, as one of Dave's colleagues had just had a stroke and wanted to raise awareness and money for the stroke association. [/p][p]Please help us to raise money, any donation would be welcomed.[/p][p]Thanks [/p][p]Lou and Dave [/p][p]In the meantime Louise is thinking of the next charity to raise money for! Suggestions please ![/p][p]Hi, thanks for visiting our page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities.
