[p]We are spirited, determined, mates working together as a cheerful, loyal team to promote mental well-being for all through adventurous challenges that change lives. We are rowing 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean together, with the aim of winning theTalisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge 2020 to raise awareness of the mental health related issues faced by our veteran comrades and to let them know that ‘it’s ok not to feel ok’.[/p][p]We are Royal Marines…united to help and support our comrades and ensure everyone feels safe at home. Our charity Rock2Recovery which The Royal Marines Charity support, directly help those with mental Health illnesses through coaching workshops and provide a fully supportive network of trained experts for those suffering.
