My story

[p] Lintbells - the UK’s leading pet supplement company with a mission to keep pets visibly full of life - has launched a charity campaign, #RescueYourRescue that will raise vital funds for over 100 registered pet rescue charities across the UK. Lintbells will immediately donate £10,000 to participating pet rescue charities. Lintbells are encouraging those that can afford to help to donate a minimum of £2 per person[/p][p] #RescueYourRescue will rapidly raise funds to help safeguard the future of pet rescue charities and the animals that rely on them so please help and donate now.[/p][p] About The Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home[/p][p]Our rescue and rehoming centre opened in 2016 and our facilities are exemplar in the provision of animal welfare. Our outstanding staff and volunteer team strive to maintain the highest standards of care for our animals until a loving home is found. This year the team are very proud to reveal that the dogs have been receiving a daily average of 120 minutes of enrichment time, and cats 60 minutes.[/p][p] Our branch of the RSPCA has been working to alleviate animal suffering and cruelty for over 80 years. We rescue animals from unimaginable conditions, we find them new homes and families ensuring that they have a loving and stable environment in which to live their lives and we provide access to veterinary services for the pets of people on benefits – ensuring that animals are never left untreated because of cost. [/p][p] Aside from rehoming one of our main objectives is to carry out direct animal welfare work in the county. Twice a week we operate a low cost veterinary clinic, we also regularly run neutering and microchipping campaigns.[/p]
